Tre figura nga Dukagjini i Kosovës: dy gra dhe një burrë të veshur me rroba tradicionale. Burri mban mbi kokë Plisin (Qeleshen) e bardhë, simbol i dallueshëm i trashëgimisë së lashtë shqiptare, ndërsa rrobat e grave shfaqin bukurinë dhe ngjyrat e kulturës tonë të pasur.
Plisi (Qeleshja), simboli i identitetit kombëtar shqiptar, i mbrojtur me kujdes dhe krenari gjatë gjithë historisë sonë të lashtë. I bëjmë thirrje qeverisë shqiptare që të angazhohet maksimalisht për ta përfshirë Plisin (Qeleshën) në listën e trashëgimisë kulturore të UNESCO-s, si një pasuri e përjetshme kulturore e kombit tonë.

Plis (Qeleshe), the symbol of Albanian national identity, carefully and proudly protected throughout our ancient history. We call on the Albanian government to make every effort to include Plis (Qeleshe) in the UNESCO cultural heritage list, as an eternal cultural asset of our nation.
